General Rules: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Mandatory STVR Rules        In order to be able to host Vacation Rental Guests, we need to comply with specific County rules and regulations. We ask your cooperation in the following:

a) Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.

b) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

c) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area - please park cars in the carport at all times.

                d) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. 

Air Conditioner            Recommended temperature for AC is above 72F. Air Conditioners can only be used if all doors, sliders and windows are closed. Please be kind to the environment and help us conserve energy by turning OFF the equipment when leaving the unit. 

Smoking and Use of Candles     Smoking or use of candles anywhere on the property is prohibited. 

Trash: All trash must be bagged, and placed in trashcans.

Checking Out    You may check out at 11 AM or earlier. 

1) Turn OFF all lights, fans and the Air Conditioner.

Check-out Instructions:

11 AM or earlier. -  Please let us know if you plan to check out before 10 am.

1) Turn OFF lights 

2) Turn OFF AC

-Please have the pool towels washed and dried. 

-Please strip the bed.

-Please leave the kitchen neat & tidy and start the dishwasher if necessary.

-Extra food can be left in the fridge/freezer or tightly sealed container on the kitchen counter.
