Air Conditioner: Please do NOT operate air conditioner with doors and windows open. Recommended temperature for AC is above 72F.

Pool & Spa:

-Pool is serviced every Tuesday.
-Pool heated from 9AM to 4PM - Spa heated from 5PM to 10PM.
-To turn on Spa jets and blower, use the 4-button controller by the SPA

Landscaping: Service day: Tuesday and Wednesday

Tikis & Fire Pit:

-Tikis: turn on the main propane valve and light each tiki manually.
-Fire pit: turn on by flipping the right side switch next to BBQ.
-Please turn off tikis and fire pit when not being enjoyed.

Smoking and Use of Candles: Smoking or use of candles anywhere on the property is prohibited.

Golf Cart: Please be extremely cautious with the golf cart.
Persons must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license to drive a cart.
Please keep the cart in charging mode when parked in the garage.

Trash Pick up: Tuesdays and Fridays mornings – Please have rubbish cans by the street by 9AM. All trash must be bagged.

Checking Out:

-You may check out at 10 AM or earlier.
1)Leave all keys on the kitchen counter
2) Turn OFF lights, air conditioner and fans
3) Close and lock all doors and sliders
