Air Conditioner: Please do NOT operate air conditioner with doors and windows open. Recommended temperature for AC is above 72F.

Smoking and Use of Candles: Smoking or use of candles anywhere on the property is prohibited.

Golf Cart: Please be extremely cautious with the golf cart.
Persons must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license to drive a cart.
Please keep the cart in charging mode when parked in the garage.

Trash Pick up:

Tuesdays and Fridays mornings – Please have rubbish cans outside of garage by 9AM. All trash must be bagged.

Accidents/Damages:

We understand that accidents occur. We appreciate you letting us know if there is any sort of damage.

Checking Out:

-You may check out at 10 AM or earlier.
1)Leave all keys on the kitchen counter
2) Turn OFF lights, air conditioner and fans
3) Close and lock all doors and sliders
